II (n=50), clamping umbilical cord. outcome mean volume loss secondary outcomes reduction hemoglobin and hematocrit levels, need for additional uterotonics hemostatic sutures, transfusion, post-operative pain score, surgical procedures. Results There statistical significant differences either change concentration (1.27±0.75 vs.1.74±0.81; p<0.01) or (3.89±2.24 vs. 5.41±2.93; p<0.01). Intraoperative significantly lower when compared (475.86±150.11 605.1±203.2; Conclusions Our findings suggest that reduces This could be effective replace late cord delivery placenta.
