ABSTRACT
Objective To evaluate whether scheduling a 2- to 3-week versus 6-week postpartum visit results in higher attendance. Study Design We conducted secondary analysis of quasi-experimental before–after study compare attendance after changing routine visits from 6 weeks 2 3 delivery. Secondary outcomes include patient satisfaction and breastfeeding continuation at months postpartum. collected information through chart review telephonic interviews assess with timing status. performed multivariable analyses predictors Results Women scheduled demonstrated (90.2%; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 86.6–93.9%) compared (81.6%; CI: 76.3–86.2%; p < 0.01). Predictors for timing, age, education, parity, prior miscarriage, high-risk index pregnancy multivariate analysis.
