ABSTRACT
The antifertility effects of alcoholic extract Malvaviscus conzattii flowers were observed on male albino mice after oral administration 30 and 50 doses (one dose = mg/day/mouse). genital degenerative changes found to be more pronounced when the results doses. drug resulted in mass atrophy spermatogenic elements testicular stages left with only 1-2 cell layers. Epididymal epithelium was regressed lumina either devoid spermatozoa or contained its debris. flower treatment produced a significant decrease absolute weights testes, epididymes, vas deferens seminal vesicles. Administration reduction levels protein (P < 0.001; P 0.001 0.001) sialic acid 0.005; 0.005 epididymes vesicle respectively.
