ABSTRACT
Existing workplace gender inequality has been unaddressed or substantially underaddressed worldwide, resulting in calls for an increased focus by organizations on the design and implementation of work–life programs to reduce gap attain parity. The purpose this study is investigate how may influence women’s representation lead improved organizational financial performance engineering construction industry sectors. A simultaneous mixed-method included a time-lagged research using data collected from archival database tested predictions 205 operating Australia. Thirteen semistructured interviews were also conducted with human resource professionals senior managers working these industries. Hierarchical regression analyses indicated that consultation positively impacts offering programs, influencing both performance. qualitative findings identified issues experienced policies strategies.
