ABSTRACT
Edge plasma diagnostic system equipped in minimum-B anchor cell of the GAMMA10 tandem mirror is described together with measured results. Several sets element consisting a Langmuir probe and calorimeter are placed array on conducting plates installed east cell. This designed to be capable precisely investigating spatial dependence edge parameters. In typical ion cyclotron range frequency-heated plasmas, detailed behavior transition regions has been by using this system. From these measurements significant asymmetry profile was observed floating potentials. Heat flow profiles also showed similar signals. region there exists strong gradient magnetic field strength direction shift found consistent that B drift for ions.
