Improved temperature stability of CaTiO3-modified [(K0.5Na0.5)0.96Li0.04](Nb0.91Sb0.05Ta0.04)O3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics

ABSTRACT
The CaTiO3-modified [(K0.5Na0.5)0.96Li0.04](Nb0.91Sb0.05Ta0.04)O3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were prepared using normal sintering for improving the temperature stability of (K0.5Na0.5)NbO3-based ceramics. effects CaTiO3 on and properties systematically studied. These results show that possess good in polymorphic phase transition below room temperature, also exhibit high (d33=263 pC/N kp=50%) when poled at an optimum poling temperature. indicate ceramic is a promising candidate material
