ABSTRACT
Co/Pt multilayers with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy are irradiated by focused He+ ion beam to locally reduce the value. The spots a diameter of 100 nm arranged in square lattice 200 period. formation nonuniform periodic structure is observed without changes film topography. spatial symmetry force microscopy signal and specific shape magnetization curves indicate bubbles or vortices within spot depending on irradiation dose. experimental data good agreement micromagnetic simulations system.
