ABSTRACT
Flexible piezoelectric nanogenerators (NGs) based on patterned growth of ZnO nanowires (PNWs) by the hydrothermal method are proposed for high-efficiency energy harvesting applications. The use PNWs in ZnO-based FPNGs results a significant improvement terms magnitude output currents up to 6 times when compared with pristine NW-based without mode. maximum current was measured be about 150 nA, which enough drive some micro/nanoelectronic devices. improved performance is mainly attributed mode FPNGs, may significantly reduce potential screening effect caused free electrons ZnO. This strategy provide highly promising platform as devices viable industrial applications portable/wearable nanodevices.
