ABSTRACT
The capability of DNA vaccine to transfect cells determines the success vaccine, but there are some natural obstacles that reduce efficiency delivery into cells. One way overcome this problem is through use a systems such as needle free injectors (NFIT). In present study, we evaluated 2 kinds NFITs, Injex and Twin-Jector EZII, control hypodermic syringes. path injection NFITs deliver were observed by using India ink plasmid coding enhanced green fluorescent protein (pCDNA eGFP) respectively. A mass 50 µg pcDNA3.1-eGFP in µL PBS injected mouse thigh these three systems. Two days post-injection, histological slides prepared from muscle expression eGFP was confocal microscopy. results show all used study able muscle. There difference spread Indian produced 3 study. Furthermore, also distribution cells, corelated with pattern /spread fluid number intensity cell expressing intense mice injecting syring compare EZII. - seen support results. conclusion, can be BALB/c muscle, less efficient compared syringe.
