ABSTRACT
The recently emerged van der Waals ferromagnet Fe3GaTe2 has an above-room-temperature TC of ∼350 K. By measuring the magneto-optical Kerr effect microscopy and Lorentz transmission electron on high quality crystals at room temperature, we visualized that magnetic field applied perpendicularly to (001) plane bulk crystal below can turn ground-state labyrinth-stripe domain into Néel-type skyrmions. result is also supported by measured topological Hall effect. Furthermore, identified reduction in thickness influence density observation paves way use this next-generation low-power magnetoelectronic spintronic devices work temperature.
