ABSTRACT
An investigation was made of the transparency, homogeneity, and optical strength KDP DKDP crystals grown at rates much higher (by a factor 25–30) than usual. A comparison with properties conventional rates. The results indicated that, in principle, it should be possible to grow this way suitable for use quantum electronics.
