ABSTRACT
Herein, a rapid, facile, and colourimetric sensor for the detection of cyromazine in raw milk is reported using an aptamer based on gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). A sequence-specific called Tcyr1 designed to absorb surface AuNPs electrostatically interacts with poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA), which prevents from aggregating. It can also self-assemble form G-quadruplex-CYR complex cyromazine. Because its specificity stability, introduction would influence protection thus following cationic polymer could aggregate cause remarkable change colour. According this, presence be determined by naked eye means absorbance. This selective has limit 200 ppb 5.8 spectrophotometer, range 0.1 1 ppm.
