ABSTRACT
Plants tightly control growth of their lateral organs, which led to the concept apical dominance. However, outgrowth dormant primordia is sensitive plant's nutritional status, resulting in an immense plasticity plant architecture. While impact hormonal regulation on dominance well characterized, prime importance sugar signaling unleash organ formation has just recently emerged. Here, we aimed identify transcriptional regulators, trade-off between versus organs. Making use locally inducible gain-of-function as single and higher-order loss-of-function approaches sugar-responsive S
