ABSTRACT
A small percentage of human T lymphocytes, predominantly CD8+ cells, express receptors for HLA class 1 molecules natural killer type (NK-R) that are inhibitory T-cell antigen receptor (TCR)-mediated functions. In the present study, it is demonstrated various NK-R typically expressed by NK cells also on periheral blood lymphocytes. These CD3+ NK-R+ have a cell surface phenotype typical memory as indicated expression CD45RO and CD29 lack CD28 CD45RA. Furthermore, combined use anti-TCR V beta-specific antibodies semiquantitative polymerase chain reaction assay, TCR repertoire in this subset was found to be skewed; fact, one or two beta families were largely represented, most other s barely detected. addition, analysis recombinant clones represented these oligoclonally monoclonally expanded.
