ABSTRACT
Emotion is an important factor that can lead to the occurrence of aggressive driving. This paper proposes association rule mining-based method for analysing contributing factors associated with driving behaviour among online car-hailing drivers. We collected drivers' emotion data in real time a natural setting. The findings show 29 top 50 rules are related emotions, revealing strong relationship between driver emotions and behaviour. anger, surprised, happy disgusted frequently Negative combined other (for example, at high speeds acceleration rates no passengers vehicle) more likely than negative alone. results this study provide practical implications supervision training
