ABSTRACT
The objective of this study was to observe the effect medical cannabis in benign essential blepharospasm (BEB) as an adjunct botulinum toxin. A retrospective chart review performed on patients certified for use BEB from September 2015 May 2016. Patient demographics and responses, history, severity indices were collected. Ten use. Five met inclusion criteria, which any patient with a diagnosis receiving standard toxin treatment who had started by registered distributor within state, contactable phone. Four discontinued Three out four (75%) reported symptomatic improvement. Medical is accepted therapy muscle spastic disorders. Its potential adjunctive remains unknown, further investigations would be benefit.
