ABSTRACT
A simple, accurate and rapid construction method of superhydrophobic fabric coating was provided. Firstly, a homogeneous solution obtained by dissolving certain amount silicone resin polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) in N,N-Dimethylformamide (DMF). Then, nanocrystals system made adding ethanol to the induce crystallization PMMA. Finally, constructed casting on surface cotton cloth. "Tyndall effect", scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), water contact angle (CA) self-cleaning test were adopted characterize coating. Results showed that had obvious effect". The CA reached 153.1°, displaying superhydrophobicity. Besides, concave-convex micro-nano structures produced endowed it with good capacity.
