ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to identify factors that influence the decision supervise a Level II occupational therapy fieldwork student. A survey sent therapists identified from licensure boards and alumni rosters, including those who have not supervised students (n = 548). results both positive negative influences along with predictive supervising While included continuing education units, on expectations, their own experiences, shared supervision, access educational resources, consisted of: job responsibilities, caseload, productivity standards, working part-time, fear failing discussion focuses how address needs clinician facilitate placement.
