ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to explore the psychometric properties Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-9 (UWES-9) using both Classical Test Theory (CTT) and Item Response (IRT) approaches, with a sample practicing school counselors (N = 356). results analyzing UWES-9 included information on item-level statistics, internal consistency, structural validity, concurrent validity. IRT findings based Graded Model (GRM) indicated usefulness in measuring counselors' work engagement.
