In 2015, the Administration for Community Living (ACL) established first federal "home" Adult Protective Services (APS). This leadership has included working collaboratively with state Service systems to ensure that older adults and disabilities are afforded same protections against abuse, neglect, financial exploitation regardless of where in country they live.
