ABSTRACT
The pandemic of COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2 has made a worldwide health emergency. Despite the fact that current vaccines are readily available, several SARSCoV-2 variants affecting existing vaccine to be less effective due mutations in structural proteins. Furthermore, appearance new cannot easily predicted future. Therefore, attempts construct or modify still pivotal works for preventing spread virus. In present investigation, computational analysis through immunoinformatics, molecular docking, and dynamics (MD) simulation is employed an against SARS-CoV2. proteins SARS-CoV2 utilized create multiepitope-based (MEV). According our findings presented systematic procedures MEV may able trigger strong immunological response designed could potential candidate SARS-CoV-2, also it expected other variants.
