Nurturing ideas, practices and knowledge circulation in child and family social work: results from a collaborative project

ABSTRACT
This article reports from a research and development project aiming to improve support for parents with children in out-of-home care Sweden. The was carried out collaboration between the authors around 60 social workers organized improvement teams during 2019–2021. aim of is explore turnout three participating teams. At start project, work placed described as 'stuck rut', spite numerous alerts on needs. As parent can concern wide range actions, there no specific evidence-based programme recommend, collaborative focused nurturing new ideas practices.
