ABSTRACT
This study mainly focuses on investigating the impact of Big Five traits entrepreneurs their networking behavior and business success in a small-scale business. A sample 406 from two cities India has been selected using cross-sectional research design data was analyzed Smart PLS 4 Software. The findings suggest that personality factors Agreeableness, Extraversion, Neuroticism, Openness to experience are directly associated with success, also plays mediating role. Conscientiousness no significant effect business, role this relationship. is important for as there they can identify dominant engage expand An awareness importance should be created among entrepreneurs.
