ABSTRACT
Summarizing the results that have been cited, we proved blood serum of convalescents from rat-bite fever contains antibodies which are specific against causative agent disease. The was capable destroying spirochetes not only in hanging drop preparations, but also peritoneal cavity guinea pigs. pigs employed for Pfeiffer's test always remained well. In experimentally infected mice receiving intravenously or intraperitoneally equalling quantity amount blood, numbers were greatly decreased they disappeared a definite period. It is yet clear how long after recovery effective human beings, and further investigations needed to elucidate this point. our experiments found taken Case I showed spirochetolytic spirocheticidal properties 11 months onset 2, period 6 months, 3, 3 following fever.
