ABSTRACT
Abstract Due to the high degree of integration and high-power-density, excessive heat accumulation significantly endangers performance electronics. Therefore, developing high-performance thermal interface materials has become particularly vital for ensuring regular operation Graphene-based attract great attention due graphene’s intrinsic excellent conductivity. However, internal defects in graphene lack interlayer conduction pathways between microsheets dramatically reduce conductivity graphene-based materials. Herein, melamine is used improve properties films prepared by reduction oxide (GO) microsheets. With an addition 3 wt% melamine, in-plane through-plane conductivities with a thickness 35 μ m reach 1.32 × 10 5.09 W −1 K , respectively. This likely covalent connection through amide structure formed chemical reaction GOs, remedy nitrogen doping assistance high-temperature annealing. The temperature LED greatly reduced, when as material, compared other commercial products. results provide promising way films, which significance various applications, such management high-power-density
