ABSTRACT
Abstract Stochastic resonance (SR) for weak fault detection stands as a significant constructive methodology leveraging noise in nonlinear information systems processing. In virtue of the SR technique conjunction with coupled non-saturated systems, an exponential unsaturated bistable stochastic (EUBSR) model is developed to enhance output levels. By integrating monostable system (ESR) and (UBSR) through coupling coefficients, this offers broader spectrum characteristics. The performance EUBSR evaluated based on relevant indicators signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) residence time distribution ratio. These are treated multi-objective functions, coati optimization algorithm employed optimize both parameters coefficients simultaneously. Moreover, paper takes into account interdependence their interactions by considering cascade parallel models ESR UBSR systems. Fault diagnosis carried out simulation signals bearings validate effectiveness proposed model. results demonstrate that surpasses not only its individual component but also models.
