ABSTRACT
Abstract The issue of time cost for the Kuramoto-oscillator network synchronization has received widespread attention. However, there is no relevant research on stochastic with partial uncontrollable oscillators. This article investigates problem in noisy environments using pinning control strategy and multilayer distributed control. Previous requires all oscillators, which implies a great cost. To reduce cost, finite/fixed controllers are designed to provide conditions environments, then upper bounds convergence estimated. Finally, numerical simulations performed justify theoretical conclusions.
