ABSTRACT
Abstract In this communication, the conceptualization involves design of a multiple input output (MIMO) (dual-port) ring dielectric resonator antenna and integration meta-surface onto configuration. It introduces three distinctive attributes, which characterize novelty proposed design: (a) facilitates conversion linearly polarized waves into circularly counterparts; (b) contributes to substantial enhancement in gain between working band; (c) there is notable improvement isolation ports more than 25 dB. The experimental measurements validate simulated results confirms its applicability 2.45–3.0 GHz. Notably, 3-dB axial ratio created frequency span 2.56–2.99 GHz, along with an impressive approximately 8.3 dBi. Its consistent radiation pattern excellent diversity performance make it suitable for WiMAX (2.6 GHz) use.
