ABSTRACT
The goal of HIV treatment is viral suppression as it linked with improved health outcomes and decreased risk transmission. We assessed the sociodemographic, behavioral, patient–provider interaction associations an administered survey to HIV-seropositive women in metropolitan Washington, DC, site Women's Interagency Study (WIHS) between 2017 2018. Logistic mixed models were used explore related factors groups self-efficacy, respectively. Higher self-efficacy disclosure concerns positively associated suppression, while illicit drug use had a negative association. In models, more care provider trust was higher depressive symptoms lower self-efficacy. Depression, substance use, are potentially modifiable that can influence suppression. Implementation studies needed determine whether interventions manage depression or improve providers will outcomes.
