ABSTRACT
Identification of functional transcriptional regulators (TRs) associated with chromatin interactions is an important problem in studies 3-dimensional genome organization and gene regulation. Direct inference TR binding has been limited by the resolution Hi-C data. Here, we present BART3D, a computational method for inferring TRs genome-wide differential comparing maps from two states, leveraging public ChIP-seq data human mouse. We demonstrate that BART3D can detect relevant dynamic profiles perturbation or cell differentiation. be useful tool 3D analysis genomics research.BART3D implemented Python source code available at https://github.com/zanglab/bart3d.Supplementary are Bioinformatics online.
