ABSTRACT
Abstract Summary: R/EBcoexpress implements the approach of Dawson and Kendziorski using R, a freely available, open source statistical programming language. The identifies differential co-expression (DC) by examining correlations among gene pairs an empirical Bayesian approach, producing false discovery rate controlled list DC pairs. This interrogation complements but is distinct from expression analyses, under general goal understanding regulation across biological conditions. Availability implementation: available hosted on Bioconductor; file vignette may be found at http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/EBcoexpress.html Contact: DrJADawson@hotmail.com or kendzior@wisc.edu
