ABSTRACT
CRISPR-Local is a high-throughput local tool for designing single-guide RNAs (sgRNAs) in plants and other organisms that factors genetic variation optimized to generate genome-wide sgRNAs. outperforms sgRNA design tools the following respects: (i) sgRNAs suitable non-reference varieties; (ii) screening are capable of simultaneously targeting multiple genes; (iii) saving computational resources by avoiding repeated calculations from submissions (iv) running offline, with both command-line graphical user interface modes ability export formats further batch analysis or visualization. We have applied 71 public plant genomes, using CRISPR/Cas9 CRISPR/cpf1 systems.
