ABSTRACT
Abstract With the application and development of high-throughput sequencing technology in life health sciences, massive multi-omics data brings problem efficient management utilization. Database biocuration are prerequisites for reuse these big data. Here, relying on China National GeneBank (CNGB), we present CNGB Sequence Archive (CNSA) archiving omics data, including raw its further analyzed results which organized into six objects, namely Project, Sample, Experiment, Run, Assembly Variation at present. Moreover, CNSA has created a correlation model living samples, sample information analytical some projects. Both samples directly correlated with information. From either one, or other two can be obtained, so that all traced throughout cycle from to Complying standards commonly used is committed building comprehensive curated repository storing, managing sharing We will continue improve provide free access open-data resources worldwide scientific communities support academic research bio-industry.
