ABSTRACT
Abstract The biotic stress significantly influences the production of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) all over world. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) play key roles in plant response to environmental stressors. However, their resistance pathogens, insects, and other are still unclear. PotatoBSLnc is a database for study lncRNAs major stress. Here, we collected 364 RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data derived from 12 kinds stresses 26 cultivars wild potatoes. currently contains 18 636 44 263 mRNAs. In addition, select functional mRNAs under different stresses, differential expression analyses Gene Ontology (GO) Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) related cis/trans-targets differentially expressed (DElncRNAs) (DEmRNAs) were also conducted. five modules: Home, Browse, Expression, Biotic stress, Download. Among these, “Browse” module can be used search detailed information about RNA-seq (disease, cultivator, organ types, treatment samples, others), exon numbers, length, location, sequence each lncRNA/mRNA. “Expression” transcripts per million/raw count value lncRNAs/mRNAs at data. “Biotic stress” shows results DElncRNAs, GO KEGG analysis DEmRNAs, targets DElncRNAs. platform provides researchers with on which speed up breeding resistant varieties based molecular methods.
