Abstract Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans (DFSP) is a rare, locally aggressive fibroblastic mesenchymal neoplasm, typically derived from the dermis, with intramammary subtype being seen infrequently. We present case of 40-year-old woman whom was diagnosed an DFSP during pregnancy, underwent successful surgical management her second trimester. Our demonstrates importance increased clinical awareness in diagnosis and treatment breast careful multidisciplinary consideration.
