ABSTRACT
Abstract Anal melanoma is a rare malignancy, accounting for 0.4% to 1.6% of all melanomas. Its atypical presentation, low incidence, and non-specific symptoms make it challenging diagnosis, which can lead delayed treatment with an unfavorable impact on clinical outcomes. Treatment should be multidisciplinary may include surgical resection adjuvant therapy, chemotherapy, radiotherapy. We present the case male patient who presented emergency department due foreign body sensation transanal bleeding. The underwent anal exploration under anesthesia, where hyperpigmented canal-dependent tumor lesion extension into perianal skin was found. After wide local excision, histopathological study confirmed diagnosis invasive nodular melanoma. discharged without complications follow-up management in outpatient medical oncology clinic.
