ABSTRACT
We develop a new method, which is based on the optimal redshift weighting scheme, to extract maximal tomographic information of baryonic acoustic oscillations (BAO) and space distortions (RSD) from extended Baryon Oscillation Spectroscopic Survey (eBOSS) Data Release 14 quasar (DR14Q) survey. validate our method using Extended Zel'dovich mocks, apply pipeline eBOSS DR14Q sample in range 0.8 < |$z$| 2.2. report joint measurement fσ8 two-dimensional BAO parameters DA H at four effective redshifts |$z$|eff = 0.98, 1.23, 1.52, 1.94, provide full data covariance matrix. Using combined with BOSS DR12, Main Galaxy Sample (MGS), 6 degree Field (6dFGS) measurements, we find that existence dark energy supported by observations 7.4σ significance level. Combining DR12 Planck observations, constrain gravitational growth index be γ 0.580 ± 0.082, fully consistent prediction general relativity. This paper part set analyses DR14 sample.
