ABSTRACT
Life is controlled by the timely and ordered expression of genes. Identification important genes involved in specific physiological pathological conditions requires efficient methods to analyse differential gene expression. We describe a novel strategy, namely complete comparison (CCGE), for systematic assessment differentially expressed Using CCGE method, double-stranded cDNA digested with two restriction enzymes that cut different frequencies, representative fragments are generated within or near proteincoding region. After being flanked types adapters, amplified nested suppression PCR, selected fragments, representing entire population, can be divided into 256 subsets; compared manner.
