ABSTRACT
Reactome ( http://www.reactome.org ) is a collaboration among groups at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research, Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, New York University School of Medicine and The European Bioinformatics Institute, to develop an open source curated bioinformatics database human pathways reactions. Recently, we developed new web site with improved tools pathway browsing data analysis. Pathway Browser Systems Biology Graphical Notation (SBGN)-based visualization system that supports zooming, scrolling event highlighting. It exploits PSIQUIC services overlay our molecular interaction from Functional Interaction Network external databases such as IntAct, BioGRID, ChEMBL, iRefIndex, MINT STRING. Our Expression Analysis enable ID mapping, assignment overrepresentation analysis user-supplied sets. To support annotation in other species, continue make orthology-based inferences non-human applying Ensembl Compara identify orthologs proteins each 20 species. resulting inferred sets can be browsed analyzed Species Comparison tool. Collaborations are also underway create manually on framework chicken, Drosophila rice.
