ABSTRACT
Background: Impaired liver regeneration (LR) in fatty was a critical problem to be solved. Our previous study showed that activation of an enterohepatic signal, which ileal fibroblast growth factor (FGF) 15/19 hepatic FGFR4 (FGF15/19-FGFR4) signalling promoted and reduced lipid accumulation after hepatectomy wild type mice. However, the effect FGF15/19-FGFR4 pathway on is unclear. Methods: Ob/ob mice used as model two-thirds partial (PH) performed ob/ob Recombinant human FGF19 (rhFGF19) administrated investigate effects signaling LR. Serum aminotransferase PH tested western blot detect expression FGFR4. Results: After rhFGF19 treatment, higher weight / body ratio at 36h observed analysis decreased ALT AST treated group. Besides, lower seen compared mice, especially suffering PH.Figure: No Caption available. Conclusion: In summary, these results demonstrate might promote vivo. And related mechanism needs further investigated.
