ABSTRACT
Objective: Objective:Among the causes of death considered to be sensitive primary prevention were identified in Portugal cardiovascular diseases.Considering this, aim this study is analyse influence a structured nursing education program health literacy, style and quality life, adherence therapy, therapeutic self-care ability clinical data people with high blood pressure, which main cause diseases. Design method: Method: This longitudinal, quantitative experimental study, level IV, before-after design witness group. The subjects randomly assigned groups, group was followed for 6 months, monthly consultation.There two evaluations each group: before at end it.Various collection tools used: questionnaire sociodemographic characterization, Mini Quality Life Questionnaire Hypertension, Fantastic Lifestyle Questionnaire, Measure Treatment Adherence, Self-Care Instrument Therapeutic, Batalla- Martinez Test set true/false questions. sample consists 27 subjects: 14 13 control Results: Results:The general descriptive results show that has contributed improvement most variables studied from measures scales applied. statistical showed there risk factors significant such as reduction waist circumference decreased values average systolic diastolic pressure after Nursing intervention Conclusions: Conclusions:Taking into account achieved we are convinced autonomous factors, developed appointments, very important method obtain gains improve life pressure.
