ABSTRACT
Objectives: To investigate the effect of high salt on level adiponectin in SD rats and expression AMPK its sodium metabolism kidney. Methods: were randomized to a normal diet, diet + hydralazine intervention. After 8 weeks, SBP albuminuria analyzed, was evaluated by ELISA. Renal pAMPK activity Western Blot. Results: (1) two weeks intervention, higher than group (P < 0.01); later, average significantly 0.01). (2) 24 h urinary excretion At same time, comparing with group, protein increased (3) Compared serum levels decreased 0.01), after receiving antihypertensive drug for rebound 0.05). (4) The decreased, statistical results showed that proportion pAMPK/AMPK Also salt+ group. Conclusion: High could increase blood pressure excretion. lead decrease inhibition activity, which suggested inhibit activation lowering adiponectin.
