ABSTRACT
Background: Rhizomucor pusillus Schipper is a very rare and serious opportunistic infection with high mortality. Accurate rapid pathogenic diagnosis critical for early antifungal therapy prognosis. At present, the second‐generation sequencing technology (NGS) can overcome shortcomings of traditional methods, such as long time‐consuming low sensitivity, directly detect pathogens infectious diseases, reports on clinical diseases are gradually increasing. We used NGS to mixed infections Rhizopus oryzae Candida tropicalis in blood patient refractory acute myeloid leukemia (NR), which played key role successful treatment fungal patients. Aims: Second‐generation be complementary means pathogen detection sterile sites. Methods: The took whole sample test 13 days after operation, extracted DNA primer sequence according kit requirements (reagent brand) ITS1(F): 5’‐TCCGTAGGTGAACCTGCGG‐3 ’and ITS4(R): 5’ ‐ TCCTCCGCTTATTGATATGC‐3’. was sequenced an illumina sequencer, compared existing GenBank. number 1330 2265. Results: reported that this quickly determined disseminated pneumoniae using transplantation. Using amphotericin B treatment, body lesions subsided 24 hours. However, elderly patients leukemia, especially those basic cord transplantation provides new choice, risk still huge. Even if implantation successful, infection‐related complications before immune function affect prognosis.. primary disease malignant hematological disease, function, diabetes, other line factors mucor infection. During hyphae were microscopically examined. culture invasive diagnosed clearly, but effect not good. possibility combining two neglected, second generation adopted. application carried out, finally neglected M. oxysporum found. After switching liposomal time, it became effective. flow skin temperature controlled within Summary/Conclusion: incidence allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell essential pathogens. Due presence blood‐borne transplantation, mortality rate needs identified treated possible.
