The aim this video illustrate staged reconstruction performing radical mobilization first stage posteriorly autologous graft tubularization (STAG). METHODS: We present 4-year-old boy with postnatal diagnosis "y-type" voiding no other comorbidities. RESULTS: No major complications were registered. 6 follow-up patients glandular meatus. CONCLUSIONS: Staged use grafts feasible option management y-type duplication. Supine can be for greater perineal or peno-scrotal Dorsal distally avoiding dilatations more complex procedures.
