The aim this video illustrate staged reconstruction performing radical mobilization first stage posteriorly autologous graft tubularization (STAG). METHODS: We present 4-year-old boy with postnatal diagnosis "y-type" voiding no other comorbidities. In patient was placed supine position separated from margin then dissected proximally its prostatic part. disposable flexible ureteroscope used antegrade way through cystostomy trocar as guide during dissection. peno scrotal position. Six months later, STAG procedure performed using preputial buccal mucosal grafts. dorsal not resected, it anastomosed neourethra near glans. After 10 performed. RESULTS: No major complications were registered. 6 follow-up patients glandular meatus. CONCLUSIONS: Staged use grafts feasible option management y-type duplication. Supine can be for greater perineal or peno-scrotal Dorsal distally avoiding dilatations more complex procedures.
