ABSTRACT
(Abstracted from Int J Gynecol Obstet 2024;164:1151–1159) Benign gynecological conditions (BGCs) are responsible for a significant burden of unrecognized morbidity, preventable suffering, and poor quality life women girls, particularly in low- middle-income countries (LMICs). The consequences BGCs extend beyond immediate symptoms, with menstrual disorders, example, being strongly associated girls’ absenteeism school.
