Relationship Between Vulvodynia and Chronic Comorbid Pain Conditions

ABSTRACT
To estimate the relationship among presence of vulvodynia, fibromyalgia, interstitial cystitis, and irritable bowel syndrome.Validated questionnaire-based screening tests for four pain conditions were completed by women with without vulvodynia who participating in Michigan Woman to Health Study, a longitudinal population-based survey southeastern Michigan. Weighted estimates prevalence characteristics participants these chronic comorbid calculated using regression analyses.Of 1,940 containing all tests, 1,890 (97.4%) answered questions included.
