ABSTRACT
The goal of this cross-sectional study was to characterize and describe persistent postburn pruritus. Cause treatment itch is elusive. It has been suggested that burn survivors with pruritus should be divided into acute (≤6 months postinjury) chronic (>6 because the cause may different.
