A retrospective cohort study.To compare the incidence of retrograde ejaculation (RE) after anterior lumbar spine surgery with disc replacement versus fusion use recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP).Anterior interbody (ALIF) has become a popular choice for treating number pathologies, largely because it preserves posterior paravertebral muscles and ligaments.
