ABSTRACT
To identify associations between demographic, disease-related, and psychological variables severe distress from pelvic floor symptoms (PFSs) after cervical cancer treatment.This study was cross-sectional questionnaire based. We included patients with treated 1997 2007 in the Academic Medical Center, Amsterdam. Pelvic were assessed urogenital inventory defecatory inventory. Scores dichotomized into (>90th percentile) versus nonsevere distress. Disease-related extracted medical files. Psychological factors mental physical well-being, optimism, body image, which standardized questionnaires. Univariate multivariate logistic regression analyses performed.A total of 282 included: 148 radical hysterectomy lymph node dissection, 61 surgery adjuvant radiotherapy, 73 primary radiotherapy.
