ABSTRACT
This article focuses on the prevention, identification, and management of urinary fecal incontinence in perinatal period. Both are common concerns affecting women throughout pregnancy, intrapartum, postpartum. These problems that not approached by healthcare providers during initial antepartal assessment, nor they fully investigated after delivery. Many hesitate to disclose this information. Women tend consider be a minor discomfort pregnancy consequence resulting from childbirth postpartum Intervention strategies nursing care components period will presented.
